desc-breve _ Now it is possible to develop this path with ease thanks to the new technologies that allow to improve the current mechanism of expression of the Will of Citizens; and recover the traditional a bottom-up territorial administration that allows to develop optimal solutions. We illustrate Open Government Platform (Bottom-up Reform Initiative) an Open Government (OGP) platform that offers Citizens tools to be able to organize bottom-up – independently from current Institutions – the management of their own Community. The essence of the reform process that is proposed here is essentially in two points: ● in the transformation of a government system with a much more dynamic system, which is able to react in “real time” to the continuous manipulations it is undergoing. ● in restoring to Citizens the role of protagonists of the Government.

desc-breve _ Today we continue to circle around the problem without centering it in its essence: today we continue to talk of abuses by those who govern, trying to find a way to force these rulers to govern in the “right” way. It is impossible to achieve change by operating from within a system that is now compromised in its foundations (the “dissidents” naively try to solve the problem with the same approach, with the same methods and tools that created the problem) It is necessary to: ● stop opposing pseudo-democratic authoritarian regimes on the level of “Politics” – polemics and protests, attempts to be heard, etc … ● begin a process that operates, bottom-up, in a “constructive mode”: to rebuild real Democracy without waiting for the permission and support of the institutions.
