MORE VALUE (VALUE-USEFUL) TO THE PRODUCT.
Technologies (technological performance) have been a very important sales topic. But today they take a back seat in the definition of products, due to at least two factors:
– consumer technologies – those from the cost of a few cents – have achieved more than enough performance to develop the features demanded today by Demand.
– the need to develop products capable of offering services that are actually useful for the Customer makes it necessary to acquire structures and human resources capable of developing the “human factor” of the product.
● Disruptive innovation is not based on technologies – in times of crisis like the current one, Consumers have to fall back on PRODUCTS THAT CAN SATISFY REAL NEEDS. Innovation today
consists in “inventing” NEW FORMS OF USE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT.
● The role of technologies in innovation – The key to the development of technological solutions IS NOT THE TECHNOLOGY! The quantum leap of the Market of the disruptive innovation is re-defining a role of technologies.
● The need for a new generation of automation (Human Oriented Automation) – In a phase of radical (disruptive) changes, it no longer makes sense to improve current methods, tools and structures, BUT WE NEED TO CREATE NEW ONES. We need a “human oriented” automation that allows to develop products with a high value for the human being.
● Does it really exist to the possibility of having an Artificial Intelligence? (the unsustainability of the AI)  – Can a “machine” actually make correct decisions? Science, with fundamentals principles (many Nobels) SAYS NO. Let’s see why.
● The new direction of the innovation (in particular for the Automotive) – At a time when Demand is radically changing, the Goals of Business strategies must be radically changed. It is therefore necessary to be able to understand THE REAL MEANING OF DISRUPTION
that is inexorably transforming the market.
